Savanna did a wonderful job getting me informed about my NEW Airsense 3 C-PAP machine. She was personable while keeping our conversation moving along using the time efficiently. Chip was fantastic in explaining everything.

The customer service was amazing, she was kind, attentive, and answered all my questions. She was patient with me as I navigated a handful of emotions related to the financial burden and hardship I'm going to be in. The huge downside is that insurance and my sleep doctors did nothing to inform me of cost, the $200/month was shocking and pretty much unaffordable for me, I wish that part wasn't a surprise but everything to do with Adapt Health was great.
