The associates at Fletcher's go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They took extra time and effort with CPAP fittings to make sure I ended up with a device that was comfortable and could use. A return was made without any dispute. I would certainly patronize Fletcher's for further needs.

I cannot remember the young lady's name who helped me today, but she was extremely nonweldable, very pleasant and efficient. I wish that all medical personnel could be just like her!!

Summer was professional in her presentation, answered all questions, and was very pleasant.

Quick response to accommodate our needs was much appreciated

All aspects of dealing with this company were stellar-the business office is friendly and clear on billing and insurance and the technicians that delivered our hospital bed and Hoyer lift were both courteous and on time. I also appreciated the text updates on arrival with a picture of my technician for safety. Great job all the way around!

Explained how to put together, plugged oxygen in n had it going before leave ng

Very informative and super friendly.

Summer was a pleasant, informative & thorough teacher. She checked fits for devices, checked w participants for using apps and devices continuously during her informative demonstration. I was not looking forward to this but I was pleasantly surprised
