I finally just went to your store after trying to call them & make an appointment on 3 different day UNSUCCESSFULLY. All numbers go to your national line. I was transferred to locations other than the one I wanted 3 or 4 times. The last time yesterday I got an unavailable woman, I left my name DOB & phone #. Still no reply over 24 hrs later. I was treated great at the store today. I guess I'll just go there instead of trying to call in the future. Too bad you have bought up all the cpap places around here, to offer such BAD customer service on the phone. Store visit on 4-02 FIVE STARS at the store. 1 on the phone

Replacement CPAP promised in 5 to 7 days, but 20 days later I have not received the device. Insurance approved in 3 days.

Please stay away from this company, the only reason they exist is because they are cheap and that's how in insurance companies like it. There customer ordering service is something to be desired. I ordered a new head gear for my CPAP after it broke after 2 weeks of having it. They sent me one back in December and as of today it still sits in New Jersey, when I asked for a new to be sent they declined and said just need to wait for it so I ended up buying one out of my pocket. They decided to send replacement yesterday 3/21/2025 when I requested to return there machine due to poor service. I will seek alternative way with my doctor to get better sleep than dealing with this company.

My doctor and I both canceled my account with Adapthealth. I spent over two hours trying to confirm cancellation and was finally told after the fourth person that everything was canceled. It's been three weeks and I just got billed, again, for resupplies. I called again and billing couldn't help cancel or refund my account. They forwarded me to re-supply saying they were the only ones who could do this. Re-supply said they didn't have access, only billing could cancel. I wouldn't use this company for anything ever again.

Slow as molasses.

The in-person staff at the local branch are fantastic, but the folks in Billing and Customer Care that you reach when you call the national number are the absolute worst. I'm on hold now on a call that is now at an hour and five minutes all to try to resolve a $37 charge that was billed to me incorrectly. I've been passed from the 800 line to Resupply to Billing to Customer Care and now back to Billing. No one will take responsibility, and now I'm speaking with a Billing agent who is saying there's nothing she can do and the bill will be charged. I will say that the representative in Customer Care was very nice and wanted to help but was unable to. The two individuals in Billing however have been totally inappropriate and disrespectful in the way they've spoken to me. I'm not sure if they think I'm trying to scam them for $37 or why they are treating me like that, but it's incredibly unprofessional.

Upgraded my CPAP machine over six months ago I am set up for their automated resupply. They sent me the wrong parts for the new machine when I called in the representative was extremely rude. Always trying to talk over me telling me how it’s my responsibility to call back talk to a live person Before my next re-order because their system does not automatically update. Even though she can see the correct equipment on their system.
