Very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My tech Courtney was AWESOME. He didn't mind taking the time to educate me on the new machine. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable . I left with more knowledge about my machine than when I came in and I so appreciate that. 😃👍.

The bottom line is that this company is horrible. The people at Fletcher Medical Supplies are the best ( Kayla). I need oxygen, and I was on hold for 45 minutes on Tuesday, 3-31-25, and did not get through before your employees left for the day. I drove to the distribution center, where I was cared for and cared for. It's not my first time driving over there for help.
