Get billed 2 years later for cpap stuff insurance didn't cover. Why is it taking you that long there is no excuse. Stuff from them is way more expensive than just buying on your own. No medical professionals or insurance should work with scammers.

Adapt Health is a complete ripoff . they are ripping mee and insurance company off …. go to wallmart and look up your items you are purchasing from them a tubingg produt theey chargee 40 buck. wallmart sells for 7 bucks airfit F30i 90 bucks from adapt Health walmart 30 this has been going on for years with me

This company did not build my insurance company. At $850 a month.Who can afford to do business with this company. I returned $600 worth of product and got no credit. A company I'm using now. My bill is a $169 a month.

Poor communications. Customer service is actually for billing--taking payments. Any questions about pay off dates, remaining amount due before the equipment is ours, etc. throws this outsourced customer service team off balance. Comprehension for other than "Here is what you owe, how do you want to pay?" is a real struggle.

When I first got my oxygen I was given a tank that wasn't even full which affected my early morning appointment the next day I had to reschedule for the following monday because I didn't have enough oxygen to make it through my appointment.

These people gt my credit card and after my husband passed, I called to tell them and they continue to bill me. All of the merchandise was returned, yet they continue to bill. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

They sent me the wrong equipment, then charged me again when I had to order the correct equipment, then auto drafted another $205 saying the order was not paid. Nobody is helpful because you always have to be transferred to another department. I have had them for years, but something seems to have changed and the service sucks. They wont even correct their own mistakes without charging you.
