Pick up today was great, HOWEVER, here’s my story…my Dr order a pulse oximeter test 2 months ago. I finally received it last week Friday, after MULTIPLE calls to Aero Care in New Berlin. I was told it would be picked up on Monday if this week. It wasn’t. I called THREE times this week wondering when it would be picked up. Finally, it was picked up today. This was a full week after I received it.

I was treated with kindness and respect.

Ronald, my technician, was very helpful and patient with me as we went through the CPAP training. He answered my questions and helped me through the training to use the CPAP machine. Thank you very much.

I wish everyone was as dedicated to their work as the person who helped me today. She explained in great detail how to use the machine. She spoke slowly so I could understand her with my limited English, and she advised me what was best for me. Thank you.
