Ordering was not a problem, very straight forward. The guy who dropped off and set up the bed was great. Calling to schedule a pick up was a different story. The representative on the phone was arrogant and not pleasent to deal with. No need for her attitude. Robert the gentleman who picked up was great. A real professional.

I was surprised that I received these 2 pieces of home care products. I’m happy I got them so quick, didn’t expect that. The new boy thing is I had to go down the stairs and carry them up 3 flights, the delivery person didn’t bring them up for me. Thank you for your delivery

After 4 months of neglect by Ft Myers Air and three MD orders being sent, (12/9/2020 to 3/9/2023) Adapthealth picked up my Drs request.They quickly and efficiently arranged an appointment, training on use and fitting of my equipment. They were kind and professional. I felt confident any issues or questions would addresses by the staff.

Once you are in their office everyone is very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that no one ever answers the phone and and if you leave a message no one calls you back!
