The man that came to our home was so helpful. He kindly explained everything. He was wonderful . He also cleaned everything up. Very courteous and respectful.

From making the reservation to receiving the bed delivery, the process was easy. Additionally the receptionist and the delivery man were commendable in their professionalism. My highest recommendation is offered due to the personal commitment and compassion that Bobby who delivered and set up the bed provided.

Technician arrived on time, introduced himself and asked how he could help. We went into the master bedroom where my machine is located. The problem in not getting enough airflow was with the water bottle that prevents dryness. He quickly solved the problem. In addition he provided me with extra hose and cannulas. I was without a car charger for my portable machine and was able to purchase one with his help. Thank you

Great team! Everyone I had contact with by phone, email & in person has been well above average with knowledge and customer service. Less than 24 hours after a request for service, whether we were receiving equipment or ready to send it back, they were here! When we need them again, these are the folks we will call! Amanda was very thorough sitting or appointment on Monday. She went over my options for the CPAP face attachments, showed me how to use the machine and how to clean. I've used there machine 2 days now and it's great.
