I use a Bi-Pap with an Oxygenator. I had to travel from Asheville, NC area to Cary, NC for a 4-day event. I called my Palmetto Oxygen office and spoke with Julie Burritt about having an Oxygenator delivered to our hotel, and she took ownership of my request. As my wife and I approached Cary, Chris Dailey (sp?) from Palmetto called and confirmed that the Oxygenator had been delivered and setup in our hotel room, and would be waiting! I want them to know how much we appreciated their professionalism and their willingness to go the extra mile. A 5☆ performance on both ends! Thank You So Much!

Oxygen delivery by Luis Arista is always exceptional. Ordering said oxygen and scheduling totally tucked. Your app requires multiple sign-ins before it finally connects. Normally I get delivery next day, but this time someone (NOT Luis), fouled up and it didn't get delivered for 4 days. This is unacceptable since that traps me in the house because I dont have the oxygen I need to get out! Fix your ordering/scheduling!

Everyone was super helpful! The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Daphne did a wonderful job explaining my APAP machine and answered all of my questions with a smile. I definitely recommend Adapthealth!

Marquis was fast and kind. Had the biggest smile. Very friendly. Thank you Marquis. He even helped switch my old tank out for the new one cause I’m to weak. He needs a raise. The world need more kind people like him.
