When the Alex arrived, he was great. The problem is that we had a booked window of 10am-noon. He arrived at 6:40pm. I don’t blame him, the company screwed up. I stayed in the house, waiting, for almost 9 hours! My wife spent the entire afternoon trying to contact the right office and person. Without a confirmation or update, all we could do was wait.
