The technician was great, very helpful and knowledge able. However scheduling sucks so BAD! I was given an hour earlier to be there. Someone else showed up with the wrong time as well yelling at the technician because he was not on the schedule. We drove from different cities so it's an inconvenience that scheduling doesn't get it right. On top of it all you get no reminders on your appointments, good thing I live off a calendar.

They first told me that Someone else had the same appointment time as I did. I had to wait a little bit before David called me into the office. He thoroughly explained how the new machine work. I am disabled. When I left none Of them working in the office offered to open the door for me which I thought was rude.

Exceptional service. Always friendly and helpful. Each time I've called the technician is here within a couple of hours.

Daphne did a thorough job of instruction with a warm personal attitude. I would have wanted to be able to use my IPhone 12 in the classroom.
