I appreciate receiving a text message before a delivery. If it states the arrival is within 10 minutes, for example, it is accurate!

I arrived on the wrong day but the office was accommodating. Coretta did an excellent job taking care of me. Explaining how often to switch nasal pillows for example. She also made my day when she relayed I was due for a new machine.

The driver was nice and friendly

Levi was the consummate professional even before he arrived. He kept me posted with updates of his arrival time. Once here, he was courteous, professional, and informative, asking me about any issues/problems I may have experienced (none), or if I needed any supplies. I could tell he's a dog person, and my mini-Schauzer proved it. She's a great judge of character, and Levi exceeded her expectations.

Coming out on the same day to bring me a new machine so I could sleep at night the man that came out was very helpful.
