The people I speak with on phone at Ogles, the local supplier, are genuinely kind and try their best to meet my needs with oxygen and BiPAP supplies and maintenance. The Ogles supply people who deliver items and do maintenance are also genuinely kind and do their best to assist me with equipment issues. I am very grateful for the home service. Most recently, the home delivery person returned on a Saturday to change the filter on my oxygen concentrator and ensured I had cannula supplies. He was knowledgeable and efficient. The additional bonus of kindness each time I interact with Ogles employees brings a splash of brightness to my day. No matter which person I speak with when calling Adapt Health, I am quickly and efficiently transferred to my local Ogles supplier. The large system seemed daunting at first, but eventually the consistency and efficiency with managing my case reassured me. I no longer feel flustered by the system of being transferred to my local supplier. Hope Adapt Health keeps up the good work selecting great local suppliers. Also great people at local stores when I need a new BiPAP machine or need other assistance.

Delivery was great. This Rollator is a lot smaller and shorter than I thought it was gonna be compared to the old one that I had borrowed that’s falling apart. The delivery guy raised the handles up as high as he could. The old one is called “Drive”. it’s sturdier, heavy duty and the arms and handles come up higher - about 3 inches higher, but I am fairly short, so hopefully this new one will work out.
