Incorrect payment amount appeared on the website, DOUBLE the amount shown on my paper bill. I was trying to pay on Oct 17 and I was told that the higher amount was what the account was owed as of November. 1) Why was the November amount showing on line for payment on Oct 17? 2) Isn't is illegal to apply a 100% increase for "late payment"?

I called Mont equipment company and as for requirements for doctors note . They gave me fax number to fax the paperwork. After my PCP fax the script they told me it should me send over electronically. I called again and ocean medical answered the same number they gave me fax number. My pcp fax it over the script. I called and they said need chart note . This point I had called PCP 4 x . I told they to cancel my request. Next day they called to deliver the wc . Wc was delivered without foot rest . I called to talked with the manager and after 10 minutes on hold they disconnected me. I called again and after I put in dob they disconnect my number . I am an Occupational therapist and work for home care and get complaints about this company from old patient who can’t defend them self. I want to know why this was so hard to get wc for my husband ?

I had heart surgery and was prescribed oxygen. I got this horrible machine from Adapt Health in Cincinnati that was heavy and so noisy I couldn't use it. It came with these plastic tubes that hurt my face. After one week, I told them to come and pick it up. This was back at the beginning of March 2025. It took them two weeks to show up, but they finally did. Fast-forward to October. I received a letter threatening me with a charge of almost $4,000 because they claimed they "don't have your updated insurance information." This for a piece of crap machine I already sent back to them months ago! Then when I called them, they had no clue what was going on. They kept asking me for the exact date and time they picked it up. Really?! I was too busy staying alive to think about doing their job for them! So today, they called again "on a recorded line." Like I'm supposed to start quaking in fear over their "recorded line" when they're the ones in the wrong. This time, they said, "Oh, we're not the supplier. We just want your updated insurance information," which is none of their business because I have no service with them and will never, ever use them again! They're so disorganized that they can't keep track of their own equipment and then decide to harass ex-customers instead. Do NOT go anywhere near this company if you value your sanity. Read the reviews and shop around!

I was told the initial costs for my new machine would be $60 for AK initial charge and then around 30 a month for several mo ths afterwards. I agreed and left my credit card. The first charge to come through was for $192 which i did not have and put my account in the red. I called them and explained i would not have taken the machine if they had told me the initial costs because I could not afford it. They assured me that from now on I would only be charged 22 dollars on the 22nd of each mo th moving forward. It was rough but I could make it work. Then today on the 9th I get notification that they have billed me once again 3 days after the initial. I had enough. I do not have the money to pay and will now have to return my new machine and go back to using a recalled model simply because they could not be bothered to tell me the truth about what the costs would be.

Evidently the people that are giving these people five-star reviews have given them a credit card and don't understand how much money they are paying for something that they're not getting. I chose to not put my stuff on a credit card and they invoiced me and everything they invoice I had already paid for they doubled the cost of my copay to my insurance company and now they're telling me that I haven't paid anything. These people are crooks. When my insurance company got involved and got ready to talk to them about it he asked for a reference number and she hung up on him. Fortunately I have a wonderful Insurance Company and the money that has been paid I will be getting back. As far as I'm concerned my CPAP is sitting on the front porch they can come pick it up because I'm not giving them any more money. You need to be very careful about these people

I would not rated a one star but it wouldnt let me. I had to give them a cc number before I could get the wound vac I needed. My ins. Paid what the medicare contract allowed and they put the difference on my card. I have tried for over 2 months to get it back. Everytime I call they tell me when the credit will go back. I asked for supervisor and was busy but said they would call by end of day. Still waiting on a call 2 months later. I have filed a dispute with credit card and they are working on it. And actually when my nurse called for the wound vac they didnt have anyone to deliver it and my husband drove for 30min one way to go pick it up. Very unprofessional

I see many positive reviews for this company and that has not been my experience at all with the corporate structure which handle scheduling, billing, etc. I have had a very difficult time getting questions answered both recently and other times. Last week I was told verbally about my not needing a new prescription and that new machine was ordered. I then got a call that I needed a new prescription so I set up a sleep clinic appointment to get one. Then I had another conversation and was told the older prescription just needed to be re-faxed. The right hand does not seem to know what the left is doing. Last week I had an appointment at an office almost an hour's drive away. I was in a rush in the morning to make the appointment on time. I couldn't attend a building site inspection which had changed from the day before to the morning of my appointment and had to drop my wife off at that site. While I was in the shower, I was left a single voice mail that my appointment was cancelled. I was later told I was called twice by someone in corporate but there was only one call on my phone. Evidently a technician called in sick and I spent two hours round trip to attend an appointment that had no one to service me. Another tech should have been called in but this was not done. I called in to Adapt Health wanting to discuss the whole situation and receive some more meaning redress than, Oh, sorry... I asked to speak with a manager and none was available. I was promised someone would get back to me. No one ever did. I was told by an employee that often callers are told there is no supervisor or there is an outright refusal to pass the call to a supervisor. Today I spent 37 minutes on the phone attempting to schedule another appointment. The first time I navigated to reach someone who could schedule me and after answering, they disconnected the call and I had to call back in. The company does seem very interested in getting their bills paid as in calling in I was told that I had a balance due and was told I should talk to billing. I was earlier told that nothing would be charged until I had actually had my appointment. I had received a CPAP mask and some nose pillows in the mail unbidden earlier in the week. The watch word of any business should be care. While one person I dealt with really did seem to care, the other six did not really seem to. I was told by a sleep healthcare professional that Adapt Health was their least favorite provider and that they had run into questionable business practice with them. I personally received product with no order from me and billed for it.

This was the 4th attempt at a service Tech to come service my equipment. the 1st attempt they showed up without notifying me anyone was coming, second attempt service tech called (again without prior notice) and I instructed him that I could not be home until a specified time that day. he said ok, but then showed up about 2 hours before I told him i could be there. The third attempt the tech called without prior scheduling and I told him that there was no way i could be there when he wanted to show up so he scheduled me for the following Monday. He never showed. The next gay a different tech called to schedule a time to service my equipment and I instructed him that I had to leave at a specified time for an appointment. He showed up in a timely manner, serviced my equipment and I was able to make my appointment! Liam was the tech that was on time ! Otherwise I have a very poor opinion of the Company as far as service scheduling and following through with the schedule. Also I am rather upset that they schedule a date but no time slot as if the customer has nothing better to do with their time than wait for them to show up to service the equipment!!!!!!!
