Ben was our tech, delivering and setting up the oxygen/equipment then made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of use of equipment. This had to be an evening delivery but Ben took his time to make sure all aspects of the install was covered, then reminded us to call if any questions arose later. Very respectful young man.

Great service this time. The first time I got machine I was not told of many of the features. I was explained more about my machine and fitted with a better mask. I was given more time to get to know why I was having problems with it. The first time the rep just rushed through things. I came with my wife because she was getting her machine. I learned more this time then the first time. I was very satisfied with the way things were done this time.

My walker was approved and delivered promptly and by a very nice gentleman.

Seamless and easy delivery of a temporary concentrator hen I had to fly to a different stay. Delivery driver kept me up to date on delivery and pick up schedule as I was heading back home. It was perfect all the way.
