Kevin was awesome! Patient, thorough and knowledgeable. He has great people skills! I’m so grateful for his help to resolve an issue I’ve been having since July in less than an hour. I was so frustrated with the call centers lack of appropriate escalation of my issue. I had to call my pulmonologist office to request that they contact their rep due to lack of action. Kevin listened, demonstrated genuine concern, and attention to my issue.

My experience with AdaptHealth has been very positive so far. Lee at ArrowCare explained what my pulmonologist ordered, answered all my questions and arranged for delivery of my oxygen equipment. She was extremely helpful. Michael Tatum, who delivered the equipment, was also very knowledgeable and thorough, walking me through and explaining how to operate everything. The monthly fee for the equipment and service is very reasonable.
