The technicians are awesome. I didn't give a 5 star review is because of their appointment process. You pretty much waste a whole day waiting. They schedule you a date well in advance, they call you the day before to confirm your appointment. The day of your appointment they call you between 8-11 to tell you they will be there between 12-3. It's pretty much a whole day wasted.

They reached out to me during transition from one provider to another.

Service was prompt and professional. Delivery and set up by Mr. Justis was quick, efficient, and very courteous. The lady at the Richlands office was kind and informative. Would have given 5 stars but the billing department(third party) was lacking in customer service skills and not very helpful.

This company provided a hospital bed for my daughter when she was discharged from a facility without any notice or planning. They worked as quickly as possible to get us the bed, they worked with the insurance co for coverage. The reason they didn't get the 5th star is because they don't give a window, delivery and pickup is the whole day.

Eleazer is very helpful,friendly, one thing I liked about was that he tried his best to accommodate and make us happy.

I was disappointed that no instruction manual was provided with my new wheelchair. Nor was the office I picked it up at able to give me a receipt at time if purchase. I picked this up for my 83 year old mother who is a double amputee. She needs to know how her new wheelchair functions and have a manual on hand if she has any questions about the product. I was very surprised by the lack of these 2 items. The staff was polite and helpful in getting the wheelchair loaded into my car.

The person that set it up was great. I don't have anything to use if I have to go somewhere.that was not her fault. Miscommunication maybe.
