I picked up my new CPAP machine September 24, 2025, at Matrix Medical in Lakeland and Jessica helped me with it. She explained everything and helped me pick out the hoses and mask that were right for me. She also made sure I had any other accessories that I might need and reminded me to call if I had any questions later. Jessica did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable, but also, very friendly and thoughtful. Thanks Jessica!!
