The guy that delivered it was very very nice! He showed me how to work it he put it together. He showed me how to make it go up and down. He did see them. The other one that I had had was extremely broken. It had come from like three women before me. It was just plain done and this one is brand new. It just goes along like a knife through butter, you know what I mean a hot knife through butter! He was just sweet. He even took the old one that was complete junk and threw it in the dumpster. It did not belong to his company anyway. Super great job. I give him an A+!

My technician was so helpful, understanding, and descriptive. She made everything so easy and acceptable. I am upset that I have to use this machine, but she explained the benefits with an open heart. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!

The gal in the office spent 46 minutes moving significant hurdles to prioritize getting a suction machine back for my husband that I, in error, had their company pick up and take away a few days previously. Additionally, Jesus, our delivery person, was courteous, friendly, informative and blazed the equipment back to us less than 6 hours after I called.

Clinician was patient and repeated directions as necessary. He Successfully completed loading the app and reset some of the directives. Empathically explained the need to comply with insurance requirements as to daily and long term use. Immediate use was emphasized as I delayed use of my new CPAP until after my weekend trip. I have always nightly used my equipment for decades, including overseas travel, and encouraged family and friends to do so.

It was right on time for my 69th birthday party now I am mobile to enjoy it cause no telling how long I got left to be here 😞
