Friendly service, although I was expecting some sort of training during pick up of my daughter’s device. This is our first time using anything like this, and we are still really unsure how to safely use the device with our daughter. We were shown where the buttons were located and how to turn it on, but were given no explanation of each of the attachments, how to attach them or in what scenarios to use each one. We were told there were instructions in the box, which also do not provide much insight on how to use but more so on how to clean.

Nicole was exceptional with communicating status of my 90 year old mother’s POC delivery. She was diligent and did exactly what she promised to do. She deserves 5 stars!!!!! AdaptHealth in general, deserves fewer stars. The prescription for the POC was issued 12/26/2023. It was acted upon until 1/3/2024! Multiple attempts were made to clarify your process. Moms PCP even called directly for wording of Rx and where to send it. Yet, it sat for week! Story goes on…. Yet, Nicole was THE bright spot in the transaction.

Pick up was great. Good thing I called to confirm because they had the old address which I had corrected more than once.

Georgette is a caring professional who always tries her best to solve the problem I have. She did so today as well. We still have one important issue to deal with or I would have scored the visit a five. My machine does not address the issue of my sleep apnea! It doesn't start me breathing when my breathing stops.

Always good when techs come. It would be substantially better if we got a call or email notice with an arrival window rather than just showing up.

your dricer abnd telephone person were great except that they don't seem to be on the same page.

I would have given a 5 but I must return for the air foam nasal piece which was not available.
