Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! My wife died they won’t pick up the rental equipment; it’s been two weeks. I’ve been dropped out of the phone tree 10 times over two weeks. Don’t use this company; ever!!!

They are not upfront with financial information. They tell you "insurance covers it" and then it "covers a certain amount and insurance requires us to bill the rest monthly for 12 months to cover repairs." Sure, it was $17/month and then she would own the wheelchair. Then within a week of receiving we got a $90 invoice, I called and it was in fact not covered like they told me MULTIPLE times. We returned it the NEXT day and within a week my grandmother's account was charged $53. I call and have been on the phone for them to tell me the charge was valid and I said it absolutely was NOT. They could tell mem it was in fact returned 12/31 but STILL had to call and confirm this. You are better buying a wheelchair outright ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Highlight and sign where it says insurance covers is.

Just got off the phone with a terribly rude and interruptive service provider. Her instructions as to how to reorder a cPAP nose cushion in a different size were not very clear, and when I asked for clarification, she grew more and more impatient, as if I was some kind of idiot for not comprehending what she took for granted. When she finally let me speak, I rephrased what she was attempting to tell me in her very thick accent, and she finally confirmed my understanding of the reordering procedure via insurance guidelines. I’m very new to CPAP, so it was very hurtful to me to be on the receiving end of someone with a condescending attitude. This company needs to do better.

OMG.... absolutely the worst company ever in terms of keeping bills straight...on two separate billings they over billed and were unable to straighten it out. I have spent three hours and three phone calls between them and my insurance company (BCBS) and neither can communicate with the other effectively. AH is too big and is overwhelmed with its responsibilities....avoid using them if possible!

This business is horrible if you are trying to get equipment picked up. They have given me the run around twice already. Asked them to pick up after 430 but then comes to my home while I am working. Then was told they would pick up Between 6-9 then told between 10 pm-1 am which once again I have work in the morning. Absolutely horrible company

I keep getting harassed by them multiple times a week on the phone, despite getting corrective surgery for my sleep apnea and no longer needing their services. My original provider made the prescription before I moved across the country, so I can’t have him delete it like they claim. I was told to do “whatever I want”.
