Jeremy (delivery driver) is a plethora of knowledge and answers all of our questions.

Brittany gave a call when to expect her and how long it would take. Very down to earth in explaining how system worked. She was also very patient with my husband, Ken who has ALS and tremors in his hands. Overall everything was explained and how it worked in language that we in our 70's understood.

Kathie at the Louisville Gould's was very helpful and patient with my questions regarding a newer model mask switch that I was making.

And will not leave until all your questions are answered , a they will ask if you need anything else, that they can help u with pertaining to your equipment! Don’t get no better than that .
