The staff at the Merridian Pkwy, Durham location has always been very cordial and professional when I get my quarterly supplies. This time the staff member was training a new hire and placed my order in a timely and courteous manner. I also had a few questions about my mask and was helpful in his explanation. First of all, I like that I can still speak with a customer service person when I call. I called yesterday and Deanna was most helpful, courteous, friendly and offered fast results to my problem. Today, Matt surprised me with a delivery when I thought I was going to have to wait for my order to be mailed. Matt was very courteous, knowledgable and friendly. Thank you for the good sevice😊

My BiPap device was making terribly loud groaning sounds, keeping my awake. I brought it in to have it diagnosed. I did not have an appointment. It is a 1 hr+ drive to their location. Elenazar Lazano assisted me even though he was the only technician on site. He was able to provide a new machine after diagnosing the problem. He programed the device with my doctor's settings and recorded all the information on line and in my account. His service was outstanding, exceeded all my expectations, and absolutely made my day wonderful.

Therapist was very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt she was very helpful in getting me started on the right path to healing quickly.
