The introduction was informative. The tech did a great job in walking us through, and going over everything.

Betty was most helpful in guiding me on steps to complete actions to receive my new RESMED 11. She also found answers for a couple of detailed questions I asked concerning meeting MEDICARE CPAP usage requirements. When my 11 was ready for pick up she answered any other questions I had and the pickup visit was very fast.

Candice gave a great class and very knowledgeable and transparent which made the class very easy to understand which mask I needed to choose.

Ken did a fantastic job of explaining what sleep apnea is, how the cpap machine helps, how to use the machine and cleaning. I knew exactly what to expect when I used my machine for the first time last night. The app is super easy to use and understand.
