Dispatch was a little difficult getting past the "by the book" and stopping to listen. I'm sure I pressed her as I've been dealing with an Oxygen concentrator so had already covered the bases she wanted to run. Steve got here and per normal was excellent and checked the machine and changed the filter I think.

Supplies & replacement were all ready to go.

The tech made it a 5 but you guys need to have more options. That’s why I gave it a 4. But for the tech herself, it would be a 5.

The technician new his product well. He was prepared and made the learning experience enjoyable.

Ed, the technician, was great...listened to my issue with claustrophobia and came up with a mask that I am comfortable trying again. It was very frustrating that we could not call the Concord, NH office directly to schedule the fitting appointment...it took 4 calls to finally have the message sent to the Concord Office. When we checked in at the front desk, the guy stated that both fitters were busy & asked us to sit down & wait. We waited 20 minutes before the technician came over & he apologized because he had not been contacted by the front desk person that we were waiting. Not good customer service from the front desk person.
