Trying to work with this company cost me hours of wasted time when I tried to make them my new C-PAP supplier. They are clueless! They repeatedly asked me the same questions, and the things they attempted to do to set me up, I believe, had a 100% error rate! What planet are they from?

This company will bait and switch you for products you did not need. I ordered some cpap supplies and was given incorrect product after telling them what I needed. I return them & now am being harassed for payments via phone and emails. I have been dealing with this company for over 3 months on this issue and still they wont figure it out and does nothing after MANY calls and emails regarding it. I have POD from the carrier and labels they issued saying it was delivered and signed for. I want them to stop & I am not paying for something I didn't order. I am done w/ this company and if they do nothing about it, I will be going to the government about it.

Company is not proactive in resupplying my G7 dexcom sensors. They waited until the last minute to contact me with issues. This lead to several weeks of me not having important supplies.

As a 20 year CPAP user, I've never had a worse experience with a company as Adapt health. They have not fulfilled my entire order and now, as I have a warrantied CPAP machine, no one in the company will provide me with the help I need. This has gone on for months.

Terrible to try to do business with, as many others have stated. They will not communicate via their chat, as nobody is ever there. Their 800 number doesn't answer. Don't waste your time. Pick another business for your medical supplies.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. Never had a problem until today when I was trying to get a technician to come and service my oxygen concentrator. The first rep I talked to was in a rush or hurry and stated that no one can come out until tomorrow. I asked what am I supposed to sleep with tonight. She stated that she will send someone out today and hung up the telephone. I called back and the person I spoke with was very kind and understanding and walked through the steps to check my what would be wrong with my equipment and explained when the technician would come out. The bad part was I could hear employees in the background talking about the restaurant Waffle House and what to eat there and what not to eat. Very disappointing I hope that they go over training about how to conduct themselves in front of customers and patients.

We have not received our daughters feeding supplies for over 4 months now because adapt seems to know our severely disabled daughter better than her doctors!! They will not ship her pediatric formula because she is an adult ( though her stature is that of a 10-year-old because her growth was stunted at 17 months) so she can not tolerate adult feeds and doesn’t need the calories that go with them. Her doctor has had her on this formula for 25 years and she is thriving beautifully! We have had to buy her formula AND feeding bags ourselves even though our insurance has approved and covers the formula! I call Adapt 4-5 times a month documenting each call and who I spoke to and have gotten no resolution! They won’t allow you to speak with a supervisor- they take your info and say a supervisor will call you and they never do!! Customer service is none existent and this CEO (Ms Susanne Foster)should be ashamed-I wonder how she would feel if her loved one was denied food for 4 months!!!
