Mandy was fantastic. My machine stopped working while I was sleeping. I was getting no help or response from anyone else. Mandy took charge and got me a rental machine and sent mine in to get fixed. I NEED my machine, I have a lung disease and stop breathing 16 times in an hour.

Rob was very helpful. He was thoughtful and friendly. We went over the fact that I have secondary insurance as well as primary. I see the doctor soon and will know how much oxygen I may need--I feel as if this will be a short need--but I would say that ANYONE needing oxygen--especially if it is the first time and you are FRIGHTENED -should use this service. Rob really eased my nerves.

Samuel was super nice and professional. He made sure our equipment was correct and set up to her height. Definitely would recommend!
