You came on time, provided the needed equipment, Brandon was polite and gave me great info to help make the change easy. When I arranged for the appointment, I said the only time I had a conflict was at 2:00 for a phone doctor's appointment, and I had to be available at 1:45. I was told he'd be out before then. He left between 1:50 and 1:55. I did speak to the doctor's office at 2, but this was way too close, when I warned you, that this was my ONLY conflict.

Bed was delivered in a timely fashion. The only problems I had was on my part and the doctors office not getting it ordered until 18 days after I visited him $ I will address that at my next appointment. Then I missed the call you made to me. By the time I realized it, we were into the weekend and I could not call you until you opened back up, which I did and it was delivered the next day. Bed is not comfortable but that is still not your fault. I will look into seeing what might help. Your guy did a great job on delivering and setting it up. Thank you. Wish all customer service was this good.

What kept it from being 5 stars was they were late for the pick up. Lucky for them I hadn't left for dialysis yet.

I greatly appreciated the timely manner in which the hospital bed, table and wheelchair were delivered. It was a positive experience. My only negative is that I wasn't even given a day to grieve when I got a call for the pick up.
