I’d give them negative stars if possible. 6 appointments to check our mother’s batteries on her mobile chair and SIX CANCELLATIONS/POSTPONEMENTS!!! Always and excuse! “Only 2 techs working”; “ had to pull tech for emergency”; several times they just did not show up nor call us. Poor management. If I managed the company I’d fire front office and and probably techs as well. How hard is it to pick up phone and call!!!

When I 1st started with using there services back in Spring of 2025 they were great but I changed insurance and they told me I had to start all over again to pay for a CPAP machine that my last insurance already paid for they said since I switched insurance. I had to start over new and be re billed for the equipment. I just didn’t understand how that was possible. And how is that legal for a company to charge 2 different insurances for one ☝️ item.

This has to be the absolute worst medical equipment company I have ever dealt with. I had home medical for years with zero problems and now that Adapt has taken over it's one problem after another, especially with billing. They did not inform me that they don't work with my insurance when they switched over from Home Medical to Adapt And now I'm fighting a nasty build out they're adding late fees to! I have made 11 calls and have been told that it was resolved only to receive a bill again. I don't know what they're doing there and I don't think they know what they're doing there in the billing department. I also spoke to someone that was hard to understand, maybe that's part of the problem. Avoid Adapt Health for medical supplies if you can!

We were overcharged, provided our bank statement, and were refused our refund. Customer service reps were less than pleasant and difficult to understand. Patient Financial Services is a joke. Fortunately supplies needed are available from reputable providers

This company is the worst. Their foreign call center handles all inbound AND outbound calls. Accents so bad you can’t understand them. Repeated calls from them for the same thing…over and over and over…despite my request that they ONLY contact me by email. They’re disorganized, rude and absolutely incompetent! go find someone else for your CPAP supplies!

I give ZERO STAR adapt health. This almost 1 month now doctor ordered electrical Hoyer lift for my son which he totaly disable. After receiving doctor order and the insurance company approval and they called us and ask for money premium for a month $9.69 for 13 months we told them we will get back to soon, when we ready to get hoyer lift and we call back adapthelth the order was canceled, they told us they needed another order from the doctor we call the doctor right away get order submitted to adapt health. After receiving the doctor order for the electrical hoyer lift and up and called us we had to pay 100% Insurance not going to cover it, then I called my insurance company Aetna and they said this is a medical necessity and they will pay 80% and you had to pay 20% which they submit the paperwork to adopt health. Adapter already charges 20% off for premium and our credit card. Annabelle said that we want to get the electrical lift January 5th so I waited for the call from the delivery person we didn't receive it and I called back and they said we're going to get it on January 5th and we didn't get any phone calls from them I'll call back Same Day they said arriving January 27th, 580 January 27th 9 to 3:30 I didn't get any phone call from the driver adpthealth and I called back then that other was avoided. They said they need to reorder it again so far I didn't get any call from them and every time I call them there's no order.

Adapthealth is possibly the worst CPAP provider I have dealt with. First, they told me I would pay 3 months of $22, then my deductible would be met and I would pay $5 for 12 months for my new machine. Instead, I've been paying $22 for almost a year. Next, they said "to get your new machine, you must enroll in autopay...but you can just unenroll at a later date." My wife tried and they told her "you must be on autopay to receive our services." I called insurance and they told me no provider can force you into autopay. So I called and removed myself. They literally RE-ENROLLED me a few months later, without my agreement! Finally, I called them about billing errors and they said "we bill you immediately for the full price, not considering insurance." I said "then I'm paying full price even if I have insurance? How does that work?" They replied "don't worry, we will adjust your bills in the future, once insurance pays their part." STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY!!

Originally they were super nice and helpful. I picked up my wheelchair last year since my deductible was met. I will add the amount of hoops I had to jump through (specifically for leg rests)was RIDICULOUS. I don't know if it was adapthealth or Youngs medical equipment. For whatever reason they decided to submit a bill this year to my insurance (of course my deductible isn't met) to RENT the leg rests. I never signed a lease agreement nor would I, especially since this was all inclusive. RUN FAR AWAY
