Marcie was extremely pleasant and professional. Marcie took the time to explain everything about the use and cleaning of my c-pap machine also the replacement of the filters.

Joe is always so respectful and polite. He always asks if there is anything else that we need i.e. filters or seals etc. You should have Joe train your new drivers that way they learn what customer service really is!!!

I have had help from Ron over the years and today was no different. He is always very knowledgeable and pleasant. The girls were nice and helpful.

Fast response to online questions,actually return phone calls, operators speak good English with no heavy accents and are caring and accommodating to my needs. All of this should be standard for all medical providers but sadly not the case.Thank you! You get 5 gold stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are great to work with, get to you when you need anything and get to you fast with not any problems, I cannot say anything bad about any of their services, very good people to work with and this is coming from person that has worked as team leader in customer support for over 40 years with fortune 500 company. NOTE, only downfall is their billing department.
