Robin was great, but the guy at the front desk wasn’t really all that welcoming. One thing about it I’m not going to be rude but then again I don’t like disrespect from a health care provider or whatever they are especially when I’m here for help.

After a pretty shaky start with a feeling that I was not valued as a customer and having dealt with a person that seemed a bit terse to me, I have seen a much improvement in customer help. It has been a trying process finding a mask that works for me and I honestly dreaded having to ask questions or different masks, I feel that I have been treated much better in finding a mask that works. I have been dealing with back issues, I am a Type 1 diabetic and have issues with my eyes as well. So all these things in combination make finding something that works a bit difficult I guess. The pillow mask made my nostrils sore and I could not stand them. I was then given a full face mask but a size medium which as it turned out was too big. There is a measuring device that actually measures your face and think that should be implemented more beside just guessing. I know have a size small mask and it does not go below my chin. So hoping tonight I can get a good nights sleep without air rushing over my face and I cannot have air rushing into my eyes.

Professional, courteous, quick, easy, prompt and service man had great disposition. He also gave me plenty of notice for his arrival - which I really appreciated. I gave it 5 stars anyway, but, i didn’t expect to have to wait so long for them to come and get the extra oxygen. My placement is so small and they took up a lot of space

Receiving the Bi-Pap on April 3rd was very informative. Stephannie was great. She took her time and was patient teaching non-technical client and his sister how to work the new Bi-Pap. If it wasn't for her, rating would have been two or three stars at the most. The sleep study to determine a Bi-Pap would be helpful was on FEB 8TH!! The original appointment to get one was originally scheduled for March 20th - way too long when we were trying to determine why he had to sleep 16+ hours in a 24-hour period to stay somewhat awake the rest of the time. We are hopeful this is the answer but if not six weeks have gone by just waiting.
