No comparison to Apria... Kaiser switched to them and it has been nothing but a pain in the ass getting my supplies!!! And their phone app is junk, half the time it wont let you log in... Now I am being told all the time spent on the phone with agent earlier this week, they did not do what they said they were going to do and have my equipment set up for delivery.

Adopt Health Supply was one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. They are the worst! They do not keep their promises and their staff clearly have no communication with each other, the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. They promised to deliver medical supplies at a specific time and never showed up. When I called, they falsely claimed the driver had already come and that no one was home. That is simply not true, my mother was home the entire day waiting. They also said they called me twice, but I never received a single call. Several representatives were dismissive, and some even hung up the phone while I was trying to explain that my mother’s surgery was scheduled for the next day and the supplies were urgently needed. The fifth employee I spoke with, the only one who didn’t hang up on me, promised that the supplies would absolutely be delivered before 8 PM that same evening. Once again, nothing was delivered. A company that handles medical supplies should be reliable and accountable. Based on my experience, Adopt Health Supply is neither.

Stupid people trying to pay a bill and after getting hung up on 3 times in a hour is ridiculous stupid people worst people that can't do there job correctly. Here's an idea hire people in America not india

Ordered and received parts for my ResMed Bipap. My insurance denied the first monthly bill of $60 due to needed paperwork. The next 2 months’ bills were covered by the insurance company. Adapt Health (Ogles Oxygen LLC) then demanded the first month’s payment. I called them and after much argument got them to REbill insurance company, as they obviously got whatever paperwork was needed, due to them covering the last 2 months. After about a month I received another bill threatening to add late fees if not paid. I paid the stupid bill and will NEVER use them again, as they never rebilled my insurance company because there were no further denials issued. To me this shows either laziness or inability to work with insurance properly.

Adapt Health provided medical equipment that required prior authorization, which they obtained. However, they failed to submit the insurance claim within my plan’s required timeframe. They repeatedly insisted I was out of network and requested new insurance information, even though my coverage had not changed and I provided the same insurance card used for the authorization. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service attempted to upsell me and began billing me directly for equipment they never properly submitted to insurance. Nearly a year later, they continue calling daily to market additional products. My experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I’d avoid this company at all costs.

They sent us two empty tanks and a 50 foot leader line that was damaged. My mom almost died in her sleep b/c the whole thing would kink up. We've wait FIVE days for new equipment and she has to go to the doctor today and she has no oxygen tanks. She's had to sit tethered to the base for a week. Horrible co who's employees barely speak Engish. They better get their asses out here today, or they are hearing from my lawyer

Absolutely worse Medical Supply Company to deal with. Even after repeating insurance information back to me, still received a call the following day because they got the information incorrect. At the initial call for insurance information confirmed it was for a transport chair, representative indicated yes. On the third call from the Company confirming insurance approved the equipment 100%, confirmed again it was for a transport chair got a confirmed yes from representative. I was told delivery driver would contact when on way to deliver. Driver arrived as scheduled with a regular wheelchair!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Had driver take the wheelchair back with him. Contacted the Company immediately to be told they don’t carry transport chairs. Called back again after finding someplace else to confirm prescription for chair was canceled so that it could be resubmitted with a different Company. Extremely rude representative Chelsea said she didn’t know what I was talking about because the Company does supply transport chairs. Needless to say at this point I pretty much lost it on this representative that would not listen to the fact that I was told by someone that works at her Company they don’t carry transport chairs!!! Worse Company ever!

I had gotten a CPAP machine from them and was paying monthly. My insurance changed and my new insurance company will not work with adapt health. I figured no issues, I will just pay for it. I got a letter from adapt health saying I owed $800 or need to send machine back by a certain date or they would bill my card. I sent the $800 payment and they took $800 out of my HSA. When I called them about, they said we only see one payment. Gave me no options of disputing anything on their end. Honestly what they did with me is criminal.I have reached out to my Bank to try and resolve. If not, I will let one of the attorneys here at work to handle. Ridiculous customer service. They should be ashamed. You can get all these items on Amazon, but I wanted to work through them. My mistake i guess. Right now I can only consider them crooks since they stole $800 out of my account and the customer service rep from far away didn't want to help me at all.
