James made a seperate trip to bring my two week supply of oxygen canisters. Otherwise I would have had to load and haul 20 empty tanks to the Ft Wayne office to exchange. to get me through to next delivery day.

I would have given 5 for your service, but it is scary when your awoken with the condenser basically blowing up...why do you not give manuals so at least I could troubleshoot
