If I could give zero stars I would. Ive been waiting for cpap supplies for over a month. Every time I call I get told something different. I was told I would receive a call from the rep on my account today and what a surprise another lie no call received. Im not sure if the staff is incompetent or just lazy

The company uses another company to verify orders. But the verifying company take over 2 weeks to text you to verify the orders. Every order that I have ordered has been WRONG and it took forever to get the correct supplies and at times they were delivered to the wrong address. If I could order my supplies from another company for the same price I would. This company SUCKS.

I wouldn’t even give AdaptHealth one star, but unfortunately, that is the only way I can leave a review! I am currently waiting for my portable oxygen and was told I would be given a delivery timeframe. I called at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, and again at 12:30 PM, only to be told that they would reach out to their supervisors. No one could give me a timeframe or a clear answer about when I would receive my oxygen. When I asked for the supervisor’s name so I could speak directly with someone about how upsetting and unacceptable this situation is, I was told they could pass along my phone number and have the supervisor call me back. I should not have to repeatedly call and chase someone down just to get basic information about an essential medical device. This is not the first time I have experienced this kind of treatment from AdaptHealth. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency is extremely frustrating, especially when patients are relying on their equipment for their health and well-being. Patients deserve better than vague answers and promises of callbacks that leave them waiting without any real information. AdaptHealth needs to improve its communication and take its responsibility to its patients seriously. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and stressful, and I would not recommend their service based on my experiences.

I have been trying to get a cpap machine. Adapt Health refused to resubmit the information to the insurance company twice after I called the Pensacola office to try and get the problem resovled. I even got a fax number for them to use instead of the portal. Britany, I think her name was, was uncaring and unhelpful. My doctor recomended Aero care for high reviews. Apparently Aero care has become Adapt Health and customer service is not important. I have asked my insurance company to refer me to someone else. Sad service.

So I ordered CPAP supplies from this disaster of a company. They sent me items that I did not order, including one that I told them 3 times I did not want. Yesterday I had to place an order because an important item broke. This was a separate and different order than the first time. Their confirmation email was the ssme items as my first order, crucially leaving out the important piece that broke. I called less than 24 hours later to cancel and was told the order was cancelled and that I would receive an email confirming this. I never received the email and tried to cancel through the app. I was told that the order had not been cancelled and that it was too late to do so. Less than 24 after placing the order. I was told it would 7-10 days to ship but I couldn't cancel because it was too late. I bought the important item from Anazon without using insurance because the company is locked into adapthealth. I guess I'll have to keep doing that until my HMO contracts with a different company.

I was lied to. I had products shipped to me that I didn't want, and products I'd paid for never shipped. I asked a phone representative 35 times for a supervisor until she hung up on me. One representative told me he wasn't allowed to provide product prices over the phone, and then a different representative was happy to help me order a product. Your website looks like a "model" site designed by marketing folks, with zero images, prices, or products you ostensibly carry. (It's what is shown to the company before they put in any real information or data, with lots of photos of happy people and smiling representatives.) You promise to call the clients back and never do. I had representatives tell me that the bench comode is just like the Cross over bench and can be used as such (major bullshit). Let me put it to you this way: when someone has been injured and needs medical devices, the last thing they need is to have to deal with companies that are as cruel and thoughtless as yours. And you don't need to contact me; I've written everything you need to know above.

my credit card account charged over one year after service

I continue to receive phantom invoice emails. Same invoice number, different date and amount each time. I reach out to customer service and get no response and the invoice disappears from the portal. The statement shows no prior balances or payments yet when I click on a different tab it shows I paid the amount in full. They require auto pay and you cannot opt out online. For setting appointments they use AI - 3 phone calls daily withing 3 minutes - I was on the other line so i couldnt pick up - why does it need to call 3 times in 3 consecutive minutes. As well as 3 text a day. I fully intend on telling my doctor to not use them any longer - I actually want to return my CPAP machine and get one elsewhere due to their constant multi time a week error filled emails. It just doesn't end between the 6 contacts a day for an appointment to now the multi time a week emails saying they are going to charge my account that then disappear and then reappear with different amounts and due dates
