Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Justin put us at ease with using the equipment. He kindly explained in a way that helped us understand easily. Also when I was being transported home Friday and he came before I got here, he took my daughter’s number and checked in with her before the end of the day to see if he could come back so we wouldn’t have to go through the weekend without information we needed.

Angela was a wealth of information and helped me set up my air. She was pleasant and very patient with me as I can be technologically challenged at times.

Marquis Brandon was amazing! Quick delivery and super friendly, I highly appreciate you! Marquis was also very attentive to my children that was in the yard while he was pulling in and making the delivery and he did not pull off until he saw that I was standing by my children, that was extremely helpful and kind!

The tech called within hours to let me know he was six minutes away, arrived and switched out my oxygen concentrator on his way to another job in Topeka KS. Took all of five minutes and done!

I received a prompt response and he was the best person that I have experienced with Adapthealth. Incredibly patient and kind, listened and knowledgeable. I’m on Hospice Care hence I’m dying, he even went above and beyond to explain things multiple times until I understood. He replaced everything and is coming back with the correct cord size this coming week. After that, if I ever need help again with my oxygen I pray I’m gifted with him. He deserves a big kudos and I hope your company honors him with something. Excellent employee you don’t want to lose.

Cheryl did a wonderful job explaining the machine to me today and made sure I was comfortable with it. She answered my questions easily and made me feel very comfortable.
