Debbie graciously provided complete instructions to help me succeed with this new machine. She was encouraging and shared her own experiences. Thanks to Debbie for delivering excellent customer service!

I was fortunate to have Jess and Alex as my CPAP specialist today. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Provided me a thorough instructional walkthrough about my new CPAP machine. They took the time to ensure I was provided the proper type and size mask needed to achieve the best results. I highly recommend this company for their services provided.

Came fairly soon in the 1-5 possible time slot. Nice talk before arrival. Good image and speaking. Paid thorough attention with going through all the equipment and notations. Brought the replacement items I requested. Examined the oxy controlled for the portables. Just a very good experience.

We arrived at the office unannounced with a failing portable generator. We were prepared for a long wait, or even delay in having our problem solved. To our delight we were soon given a replacement device. Mercedes, the receptionist, was patient and friendly, and Edwin the technician quickly put us at ease as he solved our problem.

All who helped with Frank’s care were kind and caring. Including the Chaplan, nurses and aid.

Everyone was so friendly and it actually was a pleasure going in and receiving my CPAP.

Your Tech is knowledgeable and a truly nice guy!

Great speedy service saved the day!
