They were very responsive. Eric was fantastic and a huge help!! Only criticism with the company is that we used to get emails when it was time to order both my wife's and my supplies and that stopped for no reason. We have asked numerous times to start sending the emails again and that has not happened.

Ronell was very helpful as a technician. He carried my concentrator up my dangerous staircase to my bedroom, set me up, and walked me through instructions.

My appt with Lenore was above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgeable about the CPAP. Her patience with me was so appreciated. Thank you so much. I also want to thank Kayla and Sydette. They were so helpful and truly kind. We need more Customer Service like these ladies.. GREAT EXPERIENCE !!
