The equipment works great. They call to make sure someone is there. The driver was on time.

The people were great but, I was not happy with the offering. The humidifier on Respironics CPAPs is flimsey, awkward to fill, and doesn't hold enough water. I brought it back because, the not enough water problem was exactly the problem with the Phillips CPAP I have. The addition of the akward problem is over the top.

Courtney was great! He explained everything in layman’s terms for me and answered all of my questions!!

Marcus was excellent in teaching me how to use my machine. Very patient & personable!

Alex was awesome, he listened, he took his time explaining everything. He adjusted the mask and helped me decide which mask was the best for me. He gave me pointers about some of the controls. I highly recommend Alex & Fletcher Medical Supply's

Pat was very friendly. He was easy to understand and answered my questions. He seemed to enjoy his job as well, which is always a positive experience for everyone. I don’t know if he could tell I was anxious, but I feel like his overall job was fantastic.
