Guy was knowledgeable/ pleasant Did great on everything except no texting before he came

Awesome place! Went in for a walker. The staff put in my paperwork and I was ready to go! Only downside was that they closed so early.

The driver came on time after making the necessary arrangement .

Overall it turned out good but I had numerous texts from different people/numbers but no contact information for where I was going in Ft Myers or who my appointment was with. I finally called a Texas number, I think, and got info for the ft myer FL office. I didn’t have a phone number or address of where my appt was until I called them.

He came on time and was very curious!

Prompt, friendly. And speedy delivery.

So far, so good. Not certain why I got billed twice in a week, but will look into it. Set up with Tech Felix was awesome.
