I received a text delivery was in his way at 9:30. Our scheduled appt was 1-5 o’clock. I was not home. When he called to tell me he was outside I explained I was not home He was very understanding My husband happened to be there and opened the door for him. He was very polite

I just ordered a new CPA Machine, and it took almost two months to get it. The problem is that this is not the first time, five or six years ago, it was the same thing, which means nothing has changed, just got worse with the acquisition of the new company. Your employees blame the Doctor & Medicare, and the Doctor blames you guys. It's just a circle of blame, and meanwhile, we "The Customer" are the ones who get screw.
