She carefully took me step by step through setup and use of the new machine. She also helped me work through issues with my phone to speed the process of setting up the machine which was a huge help and not something I am used to getting

This is a rating of the person providing service to me. However, I believe the service rating could be 5 star if the printer was closer, worked more efficiently, other things used were more easily accessible.

There was confusion that I was returning a loaner and picking up a new machine. the expectation was that at was a new user rather than 10 + years Staff effectively worked through the issue(s)

Everything was great but the reason for the 4 instead of 5 is I was called and ask if morning or afternoon pickup I would prefer, I said morning and was told OK. Morning came and went no pickup or a call saying running late Pickup was eventually after 4:00

Linda was very thorough and informative. She was also very patient and understood the resistance to getting a CPAP.

Adapthealth is a dependable company with good products, they do what they say their going to do and contact you if it's otherwise. My only downside would be it's hard to locate a phone number for them, apparently they prefer email. Otherwise it's a company you'll be glad to do business with.

The handles on the walker would not adjust to the height needed.
