I did not give a five because things were a struggle all day and it cost us an xtra day here but the service was good once Kristin came We could not have received better care once she was here to instruct. We had all the answers we needed from her and we are ready for our next journey

While the customer service from Adapthealth and more specifically Aerocare were excellent I still was a bit confused on who to talk about any questions for a majority of this process. My doctor nor sleep study place give me much information. Luckily Christopher from Aerocare was nice enough to answer all of my questions and made me feel better about having to use a sleep study machine. All in all once I found out I had sleep apnea the process was done rather quickly and I got a machine and mask that suits me well.

The service man was really helpful and nice and polite. Gave me good instructions on how to use the equipment

The equipment smell of cigarettes they replaced it immediately
