I had an 11:00 appointment at adapt health this morning. I walked into the office at 10:45 and was told Sally was finishing up an appointment by the person at the desk. She continuously told other clients that walked in that Sally was in an appointment and that I was her next appointment NEVER bothering to check to see if Sally was available but sat at her desk and did NOTHING! Finally at 11:25 a so called “manager”came out and told me that my appointment was cancelled and I would have to reschedule. I’m going to see if I can find somewhere else to go. I’m not putting up with this crap!!!

If there was something lower than 1 that would be what I would choose. My son has been trying for 2, almost 3, weeks to get his diabetes supplies from this company. First it was being shipped overnight after a week of insurance issues that weren't issues. Now part of the order is back ordered, but they haven't shipped what they do have. Communication is awful, almost nonexistent.

My mother used this company and had issues with poor service. Then she died. I called numerous times to get them to come and pick up her items. They finally did, but it was a day or two after the new month started. So she was charged for a month of equipment rental after she had died because they didn't bother to answer their messages. Scummy practices. Choose another company if you can.

I am astonished that they claim general satisfaction. This company is to me less than a 1 for customer service. They were supposed to pick up an oxygen machine. They blew off appointments, lied, claimed they were there when the were not, and perhaps most outrageous is when I told them no one called, as my phone says the worker lied, no one even cared. I called corporate. They care even less. This company is disgusting. The date of experience should allow a range, but it of course does not.

This company has double billed me repeatedly for cpap service and supplies. My insurance has paid them and they have double billed me personally on multiple occasions. When I tried to find out why they collected charges from me and the exact same paid by my insurance they said it was because they could and that is their policy. When I said I wanted my payments refunded to me they, after being put on hold over and over and over again they said they would refund my double payments. They repaid one small amount, less than $20. They have promised over and over on multiple follow up calls that they would refund the rest. Every time I call they offer a different excuse after having me on hold for up to an hour. They are absolute crooks. This has supposedly been approved for refund my a supervisor multiple times. Still no refund of their double charging me. And then they tried to charge me hundred of dollars more and I have no idea what for. They refused to tell me despite repeated calls to find out why they haven’t refunded the double billing what they were trying to charge me for, again. They send dozens of texts saying they will charge my card or add more charges and turn my account to collections. I am turning this matter to another party to pursue them to remediate their fraudulent billing and have advised my cpap counselor I will no longer do business with them. I was told this is not uncommon with this company and was advised to write this review. I will be bringing my evidence to show my pulmonologist in the hopes he will not refer patients seeking much needed medical devices to crooked billing companies. I used Aero Care for my cpap but Adapthealth handles all their billing. Adapthealth are crooks plain and simple. BEWARE. This has been going on for months. I’ve paid and double paid but will be seeking professional help to handle this matter and get my fraudulently charged money returned to me and have been given four other companies to deal with in the future. I hate dishonest companies and having to deal with employees who are unapologetic about their policies of double billing.

Dog crap unethical company. They hounded me for days with phone calls and messages, trying to pressure me into buying unnecessary accessories for my CPAP, saying that based on my policy, I would be reimbursed by my insurance provider. It turned out that my provider doesn't reimburse for it, and I'm stuck with a $171 bill because of Adapthealth's unethical, pressure sales tactics. As if this company wasn't corrupt enough. I also just found out that the CPAP I'm paying them for is going to cost me more than they originally told me it would. I was originally told that after 10 months of rental payments, the CPAP would belong to me. After getting off of a call today with one of their representatives, I was told that because I changed insurance providers (which didn't affect my payment to AdaptHeath at all) I would have to pay 13 months of rent before the CPAP would become mine. This company is beyond shady. They're squeezing 3 extra months of payments out of me because I moved to a different state and had to change insurance providers.

Customer Service is very bad. I placed a CPAP order and received only part of the supplies, I called again to inform them of the missing item. The woman I spoke with was very hard to talk to and she talked down to me. I told her I will never order from them again. Poor customer service, they lost a Kaiser member.

Equipment good but they over bill and coustmer service non existent. Would never use again.
