Superb service, punctual, unobtrusive, and thorough. The gentleman was very professional in a trying time for out family.

My current CPAP machine quit working the night before Thanksgiving I called the Swansea IL. office the Friday after thanksgiving and they said to come in and they would see what they can do. I spoke with Tim Tracy he checked out my machine and said that it couldn't be repaired. so he gave me a loaner machine to use till i see my doctor and get a prescription for a new one. Tim and all the staff were very friendly and very helpful I appreciate how they took the time to solve my problem. The office crew was very professional. Since it was close to the end of closing day on Friday I was expecting to hear Were sorry but you will need to come back on Monday when we have more time. But they didn't they all pitched in and solved my problem. I have been a CPAP user since 1997 and have become so use to it that I cant sleep without using one anymore. THANKS AGAIN TO TIM AND HIS STAFF FOR A JOB WELL DONE!! And for the use of the loaner machine till i was able to get my new machine. It allowed me to get many nights of restful sleep. I'm truly grateful for all your help!! Thanks Chuck Harriss Crystal was my service technician when I picked up my new CPAP machine she was great. She instructed me on how to use my new machine and answered all my questions I had. She was very professional and easy to talk with. Another great experience with a professional staff!
