First time getting a machine. Terrance Owens was fantastic. Extremely informative and patient. Answered all our questions and made sure we were set before we left.

I am truly grateful for your prompt return to deliver the oxygen following the initial missed attempt. The upcoming snow and ice storm forecasted by the weatherman this weekend would have put us in a precarious situation without the oxygen. My heartfelt thanks to you for your assistance.

Delivery was great. Delivery was on time as I was told during yesterday's phone order. The right number of canisters was delivered. Technician was very polite and asked where to place canisters for easy access for me. He replaced the empty canister with a full canister and took empty canisters wirh him. I was very pleased considering this was the first-time. Thank you very much.
