Eagan was patient, punctual and well acquainted with the systems he was describing to my husband and I. We did not feel rushed during our time together. He was able to procure the supplies and items we needed to begin CPAP home. He gave off the impression that he was very capable of educating us on the CPAP system we would be using in the long term care setting.
