The friendly welcome put me at ease. I was a bit nervous about gathering all the information. Susan, immediately assured me she would be clear and move slowly in order that I could comprehend her directions and be able to ask any questions i might have. All materials used for demonstrating my use were in good condition thus I felt confident in accepting the product. I left knowing I could call if I needed any help with my beginning stage of my CPAP

the downside was a more than 20 minute wait to have my call answered the upside was the delightful delivery guy

Experience was fine. Problem was---the mess you have to go thru to talk to someone at the "store showroom"! I wouldn't have made this order if I didn't know I had no choice in what I was getting. I like to see the shirt, shoes, chair, car before purchasing. Just my way of buying something. Also the getting to talk to someone is really crazy! Ron Brown

The driver berry was awsome. Called and made sure we were home before arriving. Only down side is this was the second attempt to get supplies. We called over a month ago and did not receive anything so we had to call again
