I was transferring my dad from one facility to another. The facility we were leaving did not include his oxygen in the transfer. Adapthealth delivered oxygen to my dad at 9:30 pm! At that point the delivery man had been working for 12 hours! They made sure my dad had his oxygen that night.

I wasn't getting my supply order from Fletcher Medical in Jacksonville FL. My doctor sent a prescription in November, 2025. After 4 months and 4-5 calls, I decided to go in person, to see if I could get the Bipap supplies . Kayla listened and immediately went online to solved the issue. I walked out with the needed supplies. She was very pleasant, professional and efficient. I wished I had spoken to her sooner. Thank you, Kayla!

People are far too quick to get upset. This company works with a lot of equipment and quit frankly, hospice care. I was able to pick up my product instead of having it shipped which was a huge blessing. The woman I interacted with was strict but understanding, once she dug into my circumstance she was able to assist me. Maybe the people who have issues are the issue themselves, it's a common human problem.
