It was quick and easy getting the equipment. Jenna was pleasant to work with.

Jay was wonderful. He was patient, he explained everything, and you could sense he cares very much about his patients.

Cortez came out to see Lynn, to see how she has been doing, using the home ventilator. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and answering any questions we had. Cortez also recommended a "dry mouth rinse" to help Lynn with improving her nighttime use of the ventilator.

Alex was terrific- on time, polite, patient and able to answer all of our questions. Thanks so much for a great experience in our time of need.
