The dispatcher said the pick up guy would be here between 12 and five though. He was very patient and good natured about having some wait time getting into the building tho.

Darren was very polite and explained how my new machine worked and how to get new portable tanks of oxygen when I needed them. He set everything up and took all of the old equipment out. He explained why the new type of equipment is better. Darren called and let me know when he would be here and was on time. He answered all of my questions so that I understood what he was saying. Thank you for having employees who are so conscientious.

I am taking the time out to send a kudo to Beth a representative with Adapthealth. She were patience with assisting me in getting a replaced equipment. She return to the call frequently to tell me what is going on and thanks me for holding and being patience. Way to go Beth!

Thr Salida staff is awesome, however, paperwork handling between the doctors office and adapthealth was atrocious, the doctors office had to send the same documents over 4times to get the approval "required" even MORE document than was needed was sent multiple times.
